Наш производственный процесс
How we build reliable, market-ready power tools — from engineering validation through production and packaging.
Section 01
Engineering Validation
For new products and ODM programs, we follow a structured validation sequence before committing to full production. For OEM programs built on existing model structures, a simplified version of this process is applied — focused on configuration verification and compliance alignment rather than full structural development.
EVT
Engineering Validation Test
Applied to new product development and ODM programs requiring structural or component-level changes:
- Структурный анализ
- Torque and gearbox verification
- PCB and protection logic
- Thermal simulation and airflow design review
- Базовый уровень вибрации
DVT
Design Validation Test
20–50 units produced for durability, reliability, and compliance verification:
- Испытание на падение
- Испытание на долговечность
- Temperature rise and thermal stability
- EMC/EMI pre-compliance screening
- For cordless products: runtime testing, capacity baseline, and battery communication verification
PVT
Production Validation Test
Line readiness confirmed before mass production begins:
- SOP verification per workstation
- Подтверждение матча
- Измерение времени цикла
- Обучение операторов
Golden Sample — Lock-in Before Production
Once validation is complete, the golden sample defines the production standard:
- Final BOM confirmed
- Заморозка версий
- Подтверждение упаковки
For standard OEM programs on existing model structures, EVT and DVT are condensed into a configuration review and sample approval stage. Full EVT→DVT→PVT is applied to ODM development and programs with significant engineering-level changes.

Section 02
In-House Motor Manufacturing
We produce our own motors in-house for corded tool programs. Our motor workshop handles copper winding, stator and armature assembly, and rotor dynamic balancing — the core processes for brushed motor production.
In-house motor production means we control the parameters that determine tool performance and service life: winding resistance, rotor runout tolerance, insulation integrity, and dynamic balance. These are not parameters we can negotiate with an external supplier — we measure and control them directly.
What this controls
- Consistent torque output across production runs
- Lower noise and vibration levels
- Longer motor service life
- Batch-to-batch consistency for repeat OEM orders
A note on cordless tool motors:
Cordless power tools increasingly use brushless (BLDC) motors, which require different manufacturing equipment and processes. Like most power tool manufacturers, we source BLDC motors from a qualified supplier network rather than producing them in-house. Our incoming inspection process covers winding resistance, no-load current, and rotational consistency before motors are released to the assembly line. Supplier selection, qualification criteria, and motor specifications for any cordless OEM program are available on request.
Section 03
Injection Molding Workshop
Plastic housings and structural components are produced in our own injection molding workshop. Internal tooling control means we manage mold maintenance, cycle parameters, and dimensional consistency directly — not through a third-party molding supplier.

Material selection
Housing material is specified by product category and target market requirements. We work with ABS, PA66, and glass-fiber reinforced nylon depending on impact resistance, operating temperature range, and applicable standards — including EN 62841 requirements for tools sold in European markets. Material specifications for any OEM program are confirmed at the engineering stage.
What this controls
- Mold temperature and cycle parameters
- Равномерность толщины стенок
- Dimensional tolerance for housing and fit parts
- прочность винтового стержня
- Surface finish and appearance
- Fit alignment with assembly counterparts
Housing quality affects assembly efficiency, structural durability, and end-user experience. Controlling this in-house means we can respond to dimensional issues immediately rather than waiting on an external supplier.

Section 04
Material Control and Warehouse Management
Stable production quality starts with controlled incoming materials. Our warehouse management system ensures that components are received, inspected, labeled, and stored in a way that supports traceability and prevents mix-ups at the production stage.
How we manage materials
- Incoming materials held in quarantine until IQC (incoming quality control) inspection is complete
- Approved and rejected materials physically separated and clearly labeled
- Lot-based storage with date codes and supplier records
- FIFO (first in, first out) rotation for consumable components
- Controlled access to production-critical materials
Buyer-specified components
For OEM programs with specific component requirements — approved supplier lists, designated component brands, regulatory-certified materials such as UL-listed cable or certified switches — our IQC process is structured to verify these components against buyer specifications from the first order cycle. Traceability documentation is maintained throughout.
Section 05
Assembly Line and Process Control
Assembly is the stage where component quality is converted into finished product quality — or where accumulated tolerances create problems. Our assembly lines are organized around SOPs per workstation, poka-yoke fixtures where applicable, and structured process controls that maintain consistency across operators and shifts.

What we control at assembly
- SOP per workstation — documented and posted
- Torque calibration for all screw fastening operations
- Wiring routing and connection sequence
- Gearbox lubrication application
- Battery foot installation and contact tolerance
- Housing fit alignment and closure force

ESD protection
Assembly of PCBs, battery protection boards, and MOSFET-based switching circuits is conducted under ESD (electrostatic discharge) control — including grounded workstation mats, operator wrist straps, and ESD-safe component trays. Electrostatic damage to electronic components is a common root cause of field failures that appear weeks or months after shipment; controlling it at the assembly stage is non-negotiable for cordless product programs.

Solder joint quality
Manual solder joints on switch connections and PCB terminations are inspected against IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. Solder quality checks are part of the in-process inspection sequence at the relevant workstations.

Workforce stability
70–80% of our assembly workforce are experienced operators who have been with the company for multiple years. New operators are trained before assignment to critical stations. An operator rotation system prevents fatigue-related errors on repetitive tasks.
Workforce continuity is one of the most underappreciated factors in consistent output quality. High turnover on the assembly line creates re-training cycles and process drift — we manage against this directly.
Section 06
Quality Control Throughout Production
In-process quality control, 100% functional testing, engineering reliability tests, and pre-shipment AQL inspection are applied at defined stages throughout production.
100% functional testing covers
- No-load speed verification
- No-load current draw (flags winding or bearing anomalies)
- Trigger travel and response
- Direction switch function (where applicable)
- LED indicator function (where applicable)
- For cordless products: battery communication, protection circuit trigger, and charge state verification
Pre-shipment inspection is conducted to AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 1.0 for critical defects, referencing ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling tables. Defect classification criteria are documented per product category.
Full detail on our quality control process, inspection stages, and documentation is available on our Quality Control page.

Section 07
Packaging and Labeling
Packaging is engineered to protect the product through export handling and arrive retail-ready at the destination. For OEM programs, packaging is configured to buyer specifications — including retail box design, language requirements, regulatory labeling, barcode placement, and FBA-ready carton dimensions where applicable. Packaging artwork and structural specifications are confirmed and locked before production is scheduled; configuration changes requested after materials are in production are assessed for material impact before execution.
What we control
- Carton drop test and compression strength verification
- Inner packaging fit and cushioning adequacy
- Moisture protection: desiccant packs and VCI bags where applicable, particularly for metal-component products on long ocean freight routes
- Label accuracy — product name, voltage, certifications, country of origin
- Barcode scan verification
- Accessory count and placement confirmation
- Multi-language documentation per destination market
Packaging failures — wrong labels, missing accessories, carton damage, moisture-related corrosion on arrival — are the most visible quality issues for retail buyers. With structured controls at the packaging stage, these failures are caught before cartons are sealed — not after they arrive at the destination.
Section 08
